Dolman 3/4 Sleeve Tunic

This is a beautiful dolman sleeve tunic that can be worn as a dress or a tunic.  I am way to tall to wear as a dress but for you shorter ladies it would work perfect.  I can wear the medium with room and would wear as a top with it rouched around my waist area.  The material is 97% polyester/3% spandex
