High Neck Cold Shoulder Color Block Top

I love this top!  It is my favorit fabric - Brushed Hacci (super soft) and features a high neck and bold cold shoulders.  Also features a color block taupe and camo pattern.  Fits true to size - I can wear the medium or the large.
