Junior Vintage Dream Shorts with Raw Hem

These vintage high rise raw hem shorts are amazing.  They can be dressed up or down.  The inseam is 8" but can be rolled up for a 6" inseam.  These are JUNIOR - so if you normally wear a 10 I would size up at least 1 size to an 11 or 13.
