Poncho with Striped Contrast Hem

This is one of my favorites.  I love this poncho style and add the contrasting striped hem, you have perfection.  Solid poly spandex brused poncho top featuring mock nect, dropped shoulder and striped contrast.  Fits a little bigger, I can wear the medium with plenty of room.  If in between sizes, I would definitely size down.
