Stripe Dress with Ruffled Sleeves

Another BEAUTIFUL DRESS!  This features ruffled sleeves and a scoop back neckline. Can be easily dressed up with heels or sandals or down with your favorite tennis shoes.  Material is one of my favorits - 95% rayon/5% spandex. Model is 5'9", bust 24, waist 24 and Hips 34 wearing a small.
